This is a single use disposable face mask. The quality is adequate for its intended use in a non medical setting. With the ear loops it stayed in place perfectly well.

Does NOT form fit my face. Material is too stiff to adhere to my face properly. Seems to be generic that was put in a box . A sealed plastic bag was put in different branded boxes.
