Called tecb support and all the guy said was "i don t know." What a waste of time. Finally returned and have an HP coming tomorrow. Gateway is junk! Walmart made return very easy.

The screen was glitching and turning on and off from the moment I turned it on. I returned it to the store the same day I received it. I then bought the same computer at the store brand new. Works perfectly! I would not recommend he refurbished model.

It's a refurb and so there had to be some issues. This one reboots arbitrarily while I'm on the Web. Very annoying. Other than that, it was a pretty good deal. Next time though, I'll buy a new device.
