It's the best sole I've ever used. I'm overweight and have arthritis in my knee. These soles make it to where I feel no pain in my legs or feet and I used them while walking long distances and standing on concrete for at least 8-10 hours a day.

I have flat as a board feet, work construction and hike with my wife on weekends. Have tried many different insoles over the years but in my opinion the AIRR ORTHOTIC are the best.

I've worn these insoles for about 3 yrs. I like them for all of my athletic footwear because of the way my feet are held in alignment and for the gel shock absorber. I use them for hiking, walking, any impact activity, and for every day use.
