Set up was easy by following the step by step instructions. I have sent faxes, copied articles from emal, but have not scanned. I am very low tech and this printer has not been a problem.

The first photo I printed was beyond my expectations. I thought it would be the average for business printer, but got professional results. The only thing I would want is a bigger lcd window and more control thru PC application. Also fax reports are printed instead of viewing on PC.
