This treadmill is great! I use it for about 30 minutes, 4-5 times a week. It's simple to figure out, has some preset workouts, is comfortable, and was fairly easy setting it. You can tell that it's a quality product and doesn't seem flimsy when you're on it. I'm so happy with my purchase!
