      This kept my 5yr olds fingers out of her mouth. She was bitting her nails often. It does transfer to finger foods easily so utensils are required for everything.

      My son is almost 4 years old and sucked his thumbs almost all day. His front teeth were shifting so I bought this product. After multiple failed attempts to suck his thumbs and wearing it for about 5 hours - he never sucked his thumb again.

      I have used this to help my kids stop sucking their thumbs and biting their nails. It tastes terrible and is effective. You have to consistently put it on or they will go back to the bad habit.

      I chose this higher priced product over its competitor and am pleased I did. According to my teenage daughter who wanted this, it does taste awful and does last for a couple of days. It seems to be doing the job.
