[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have horrible mommy bladder! I did Kegals until the cows came home. In cold and flu session I need some extra help. During early summer the pollen causes me to sneeze alot. If you don't need a constant protection I would recommend these.

Love these. Very absorbent. I am bedbound the extra length allows the pad to fit underneath my back side.
