So many reviews have mentioned the difficulty in sharpening this pencil. The company replies are a laugh saying that this is a surprise to them. Did anyone in the company ever try it themselves? What tough plastic coating is encasing the liner?? Maybe it would melt off over a candle. Back...

I don't understand why this “magic” sharpener is not included with the pencil. Horrible product broke the first time I tried to use it. Had to look up how to sharpen. I thought it was a twist.

I bought this 2 months ago and I agree I tried to sharpen it and I had no luck. It stinks to buy something and not get to finish it. There should of been something on the package to say we needed a special sharpener. I love the eyeliner, but I will not be purchasing it again.
