I love this mix. I baked them in my air fryer in a silicone cupcake pan. Spray non stick oil. Baking higher than 3/4 full will give you a muffin top. My co-workers raved about how moist and delicious. I'm glad I bought three boxes. each box yields approx 20 muffins 2" across x 2 high.
