I've got other bladder control underwear, that are thick and bulky. I love these! They slide on easy, they fit me better, and they catch what I want them to catch lol I'd highly recommend ladies!

I have tried to use other brands of incontinence underwear for women and I have found "'Always Discreet" to be more comfortable than other brands. (It is embrassing enough to have to wear them but I am 87 years old so I guess it is just another "old age" product to get used to).

These have saved me many times. They do what they say, they are comfortable and very dependable. I just had surgery and getting to the bathroom on time didn't always happen with all the plugs, hoses and tubes. Big or small leaks these can handle them all. Highly recommend!!!

Best kind I've ever tried everything gives me a rash except always. the only downside is the large doesn't go over the hips only xl does but xl is to big for me and i can't wear the large because of sugary I had on my stomach other than that they are the best

i will never wear regular pads again. no leakage and with someone like me who has a weak bladder and cant alwaya make to the bathroom in time holds strong and holds any unpleasant smells as i also use these for my Autistic daughter. but for good fit go one size up
