I have purchased this item a few times. I lost my taste and smell a few years ago ... So I'm usually not hungry most days. I add 2 scoops to 2 tblspns no sugar peanut butter (Richards, Adams or Jif), small banana (frozen) and unsweetened almond milk. It's thick like a milkshake.
