I bought this to help with my kid's headaches because I can't give them Advil. My daughter had a headache from a fever. I rubbed this on her forehead and temples and then massaged it in. She was asleep in no time. She didn't complain of a headache when she woke up 10 minutes later. It was great.

I love the scent of this oil. I put it in a roller ball at 4% dilution and use it on the back of my neck and temples for headaches. It cuts mild headaches short and helps keep migraines manageable. I haven't tried it on my little ones yet but with a baby at home I only use kid-friendly products.
