Use this product frequently, love it. I'd recommend under-cooking it for lasagna so the noodles don't fall apart and rinse when done. Tastes delicious and their customer service is friendly and helpful. Peace.

My husband has a gluten sensitivity, so I'm not usually able to make meals like lasagna. I was a little worried how these would taste, but they were great! I didn't even notice a difference between it and the taste of regular lasagna noodles.

I have used these lasagna noodles for years and they are delicious. You absolutely cannot tell they are not "regular" pasta. And no need to par boil. Just layer them straight from the package. Fabulous every time!
