Mix it with water and then use it for anything. I put it on ice cream. They should carry this in the store.

When I eat this I do not gain weight like I did when eating the fattening peanut butter in jar it taste delicious and it satisfying I just wish it was less expensive

I love this stuff! It's about $1 more at Walmart than other places but I was glad to see it there and I didn't have to make another trip!
