This do work just not in one day. I been using them for almost a week and I finally see a difference I do recommend tho, they're prefect for sensitive teeth which I have and so far no problems. It does whiten it just takes more then a day! But totally recommend!

The strip is not messy and goes on easily and it's perfect for sensitive teeth. The only draw back is the strips have to be applied for an hour for maximum results. So if you have an hour to spare, it's worth it!

They don't hurt like some other the others with sensitive teeth. Great stickiness so they don't slide all over! Easy to put on and had good results. Ordering More to have on hand!
