I came down with an awful cold on Wednesday November 15th 2023 and i bought this the same day. I was taking it as directed (1 every 3 hours to 4 hours). Today is Sunday November 19th 2023 and I'm feeling almost 100% better!! Would definitely recommend this to anyone!
