This is my new favorite sugar because I don't trust the processed GMO white sugar any more after hearing all the negative studies around it. But, I have a sweet tooth and I also find that I can use less of this for the same level of sweetness so that's a bonus too.

I always liked this sugar. Not white or brown and seems quite natural. A great buy for 6 pounds. Very expensive elsewhere.
