This stuff really works. I like it because it doesn't have lavender. My daughter is 13 with autism and has a hard time sleeping and she rubs it on her neck back and shoulder and feet to go to sleep. I'll use it as well on my chest to go to sleep it really works.

I really love Dr. Teal's products! I didn't feel anything the first time that I used this product but then realized that I had used it too sparingly. I put it on my heals and I get that fabulous moisture AND it enhances my sleep (yes, it still works even though I put it on my feet!)
