Great for anyone on a diet who wants a lil sweetness. 1 carb. The Cherry is better, but its great if you like this flavor. Also doesn't taste like a "flavored water" it almost tastes like kool-aid or something similar

I am 84 yrs young. I do not like the taste of water so I add one quarter of BAI to 3/4 glass water and the taste is great, I also use it in smoothies I use 12 bottles a week.

Started drinking bai a few months ago and it is quickly becoming one of my go-tos. This flavor is my favorite, but the others are excellent as well! Love that there is only 5 calories, so I don't need to feel guilty.

I'm pre diabetic and have given up my daily can of coke and its 39g or sugar. This stuff is delicious and with 1g of sugar, I have no worries. I'm already losing some extra lbs, an added feature.
