Very good quality, strong fabric with industrial stitching. Colours as advertised. Fabric is advertised as 12' x 10', however it is smaller than that, so measure! Very happy with the installation. UV resistant, but not necessarily UV protection.

I actually ordered two replacement awnings and happy with both..... although I thought they were the same color which was sand. They are slightly different which is fine. The cords that came with them was terribly thin so had to use the old ones. Grateful Walmart sold them as I looked everywhere
