The formula dries instantly and doesn't budge, so this makes it a good choice for those whose eyeliner tends to fade during the day (or night!). The felt-tip pen applicator makes lining your eyes easy. To remove, I need to use an oil- or silicone-based product.

Best eyeliner there is, I don't live in the US so I had to have this sent to friends that then brought it over to me. Bought three that should last me through next year at least.
