tried it with cold water and with cold milk. i like it best with water, adding milk made it thick like melted ice cream. however the flavor it nice, i. not a big sweets fan, so water balances it out for me

I thought I was gonna like this but the taste of fake Carmel overpowers any other flavors whether you drink it with milk or water. Not a bad price for only 15 servings
