Love the lemon oil . I put it in my water everyday. I also like to mix it with aloe Vera gel and rub it on my chest and feet for congestion. Also works great for kids.

Good quality essential oils. Use oregano in a capsule and lemon in my drinks and smoothies. Frankincense I use in my face creams and body specific rub for inflammations, bruises, painful areas, etc. My adult family is also starting to use the essential oils for healing.
