This is the a wonderful supplement to boost immune system during cold/flu/pandemic season. I take 3 capsules 3x a day for 3 days at the start of a cold, sore throat then the symptoms are almost always minimized. I can always depend on this brand for being cost effective.

I take one echinacea and two vitamin C's when I am feeling like I might be catching a cold or something like that. Works for me every time - take this amount every three hours, three times, and you won't believe it, but the 'something coming on' is gone! Works every time!
