This is the second time this diet has worked for me. I dont know how well it works for large amounts but I've lost 30lbs in 6mths and 25lbs the 1st time. 1st time I was 18, this time I'm 41 and it worked both times

The flavor is subtle and tasty! the flavor reminds me of a an ice cream orange pop up. Make sure to blend in the blender. I first tried my blender bottle and it left chunks of mix.
