I would recommend this supplement overall. It took a few days of continuous use but it helped alleviate some joint pain in my knees. I felt less anxious and that my overall sense of wellbeing was improved when taking this as well. I'm very happy with this supplement.

I want to state for the record that I have only been taking this since receiving it on Saturday afternoon (11/17/2018). The dosage is 2 capsules (1 at a mealtime twice a day).
