I love all the El Yucateco hot sauces. This Black Label Reserve sauce has a really unique smoky flavor with a mild kick. Heat level, I'd give it a good 5 out of 10. Mild but amazing. Especially on wings, or a grilled pork steak. El Yucateco always a hit

It's kind of salty and not as hot as I expected. I have 6 other sauces in my fridge and this is the one I'll be using last. Texas Pete Hotter tastes better.
