I was in a bind and needed an ice cream maker. I wanted the gel canister kind but they were sold out. This was my second choice. I was nervous but once I received it in the mail, I read the manual, bought the rock salt and I was good to go. Ice cream is Delicious! I would recommend this product.

The price is very good. However, on a previous very similar freezer, the plastic dasher broke and this one is made just like the old one. The last one lasted two years. Possibly, I froze the ice cream a little too hard.
