I used this for a pistachio pinecones recipe for winter holiday baking. It is very tasty, mixed well with the nuts. One tip is that it melts very easily. Just put it in a double boiler on low and wait a few minutes... Ta Da! If the heated too high for too long, it seizes up and can't be recon...
