One of my faves. Perfect bittersweet dark chocolate, with a creamy, melty caramel filling that oozes from the center when you bite into this dreamy delight. Portioned into 8 squares or so, one bar can last a couple of days if you break it apart into multiple servings, but what fun is that?

Perfect blend of sweet and salty. These are good treats to crumble on top of ice cream if you're looking to make something special. Or enjoy on its own. Ghirardelli always has good quality chocolate and you can tell the difference between them and a discount brand.

Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Bar with Sea Salt has a yummy Caramel Filling. Chocolate bar is very good being dark chocolate with Carmel filling but to me the sea salt is very strong and makes it taste bitter with the sea salt. I think without the seasalt the candy bar would be just find.

It's chocolate and Carmel what can be bad about it?? But really I absolutely loved this flavor and the salt to Carmel ratio was perfect!!
