Overall I gave it 4 starts, would have been 5 if the lines that connect to the hot & cold incoming water lines would have been long enough! This is the second Moen pull-out faucet we've owned. Just wish the pull-out hose lasted longer. We had to buy the new one because of this weak point. It was in the kitchen so we didn't have time to wait for a warranty replacement. If not for this weak point it probably would've lasted forever...
