I've had gastric sleeve, so it's hard to eat enough protein through food, so these are a lifesaver! I can drink 2 of these a day and have enough to make me feel normal. No gritty or thick text...

This is the only no-salt protein supplement I have found. The taste is OK but I add sugar since this is not a problem with me. I am 78 and have found I last longer doing yardwork using it.

Can't find this in stores, all I see is BodyArmor everywhere. I want protein and this has it, and natural sweeteners too so love the Protein2o.
