This highlighter has a beautiful finish with tons of room for building it up. It has a light sheen at first but a second or even third layer makes a blinding light.. the way it feels and sits on the skin is wonderful. definitely recommend to others and will purchase again. Very afforable.

This is the best highlighter formula on the market. It's got the strength and texture of a cream with the ability to blend of a powder. It looks very natural when lightly swiped on but can be easily built up for a full glam look. Definitely going to remain on my makeup shopping list!
