If you are having trouble sleeping then this is for you!!! Better than any pills or other remedies. Its delicious and will knock you right out in about half an hour or less after you drink it! I am continuously sleeping like a baby thanks to this tea!!!

This is one of my favorite herbal teas but can't seem to find it in the stores. It's a mild blend of chamomile and mint - very soothing. Great for a drink in the evening that will not keep you up
