I bought this for my husband who loves to read and can't part with his books. He has 3 other bookcases in his office that he bought from office supply stores. This one is the same brand as one of them and at a much cheaper price. We were amazed at how easy it was to put together.

Over many years I have purchased many bookcases and this one is far supperior to any others. I is better built, much stronger, and goes together in a way that assures me that it will be around a long time and not fall apart or have shelves sag within a short span of time

The unit is quite heavy. Instructions were clear and it went together well. Overall quality is nice, but the back is a bit flimsy and when unfolded, there's a small gap Not a big deal, but considering the rest of the unit, could've been a bit better. All in all, a good value and I'd recommend it.
