I buy the smaller size for personal use and this one for multiple reasons, lunch for two, throw in a pan with a tad olive oil and then add to Hamburger helper fried rice for chicken. flavor very tasty the only packaged I have found taste close to fresh chicken

Having never purchased cooked meat in a pouch before, I wondered. It tastes okay right out of the pouch and enhances flavor of soup, etc. Unlike large cans of cooked chicken, the pieces are smaller and are thoroughly cooked: no pink areas to toss. So, recommended.
