I enjoyed the flavor. They were moist, sweet and mushy on the inside, as well as chewy. What I didn't like was that it has 100 calories for each 1/4 cup. I also didn't like that I had to consume 200 calories or more before they worked on my system. At this rate, it's cheaper to buy the pill form ...

I love Prunes and this Great Value is an awesome price for 9 oz. elsewhere is much more. Plus sulfer. These do not have this chemical added. Great snack or just when you want that extra something and don't want chocolate. Doesn't raise blood sugar levels. Eat in moderation.

I cook these with oj and spices to make a yummy compote to eat on top of hot cereal. I love this brand, always fresh and never tough or hard.

Still prefer the larger canister - less waste. Buying these is only slightly more these is only a bit more expensive. Prunes are the same
