[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Restful night of sleep. In fact I found myself dozing off within 15 minutes. I only took 1 gummy. I slept through the night, woke up the next morning ready to start my day. I let my sister try some she had to took 2 but it work the same for her.

My boyfriend works night shift and when he gets home he takes these, they help him fall asleep and stay asleep. He can't usually get sleep during the day because of the sun and light shining in so i definitely need to invest in dark curtains but for the time being these work and they help
