I got Szechuan and Sechwan sauce mixed up, but it worked out well for me! Really took my stir fry up a notch. Great blend of garlic and ginger, with a nice tang.

I use this all the time. You do need to like a nice firey bite as this is spicy! Toss some meat and veggies in a pan sear and add the sauce and you have a party in you mouth! I will continue to buy! Delish!

This sauce is outstanding. I don't usually eat a lot of spicy hot foods, so it took me by surprise, but it complimented the frozen Bird's Eye Oriental Stir Fry frozen veggies so well. The flavor under the spicy hot flavor was really good too, almost addictive. I will buy it regularly from now on!

This Szechuan sauce is so good. It makes me want to make more Asian dishes just so I can enjoy it more. I always have one in the fridge and one in the pantry. It's just got a nice flavor with a little bit of heat.
