Works how I needed it to. I like how I can turn on specific device. there a 4 slots and each slot has its own on and off button. my computer recognizes it right away. no connection issues.

It's nice to be able to turn on and off my different usb's and have them all at a fingertip instead of having to unplug and plug them in.

I don't know how to check it all 4 sockets work at the same time, i don't even know if that claim was ever even made, but for me, i just needed to be able to plug my keyboard and external hard drive in at the same time and it works fine for me.
