I have bought this for years and was glad to find it online at Walmart. I make a white gravy and break it up and add to the gravy and serve over toast for breakfast. I use about 1/3 of the meat in the jar, so I like the small jars. Refrigerate the left over for probably up to 2 weeks.

When I was a kid (now 79) this was a staple. We fixed creamed dried beef on biscuits or toast. It's a good staple with protein and doesn't need refrigeration. We keep a few jars handy if we lose power due to ice storms or other weather emergencies
