I use the Chocolate TurboShake in the morning with orange juice and strawberries. For lunch I add spinach leaves with just the orange juice. Either way it really fills me up and taste very good. I really don't have any adverse feelings about this product at all.

I love the shakes. I make them with coffee and they are very satisfying. I have lost over 55 pounds on Nutrisystem. I get food from them, but prefer to order shakes in this from from Walmart. They are sold in large containers from Nutrisystem.
