Bought this because the place I went stopped selling the Flexi brand, who puts a thin flat leash that just folds up on itself and gets caught in these leashes? This is the worst I have eve used.

I've had this leash maybe 2 months. Was going to try to open it up to see if I could fix it, but it has 2 crazy triangle shaped screws to try to remove then on top of that, it is still glued (?) together so I was unable to fix it myself. Complete garbage.

I bought this for my new puppy, have already had to order a new retractable leash, but not this brand. The tape is very flimsy, gets caught while retracting, and now won't retract at all. And no way to open it up to repair, no screws to unscrew and open it. I wish I had read the reviews before...
