We bought a car seat and our little man just didn't have good enough head support. The seat also allowed him to slide up and down. This head rest works perfect. It secures his neck and the moving. Very happy with purchase.

love the look of this and the double head rest for newborns, I had no problems setting this up in a GRACO snugride 35 it is 2 inserts slit for harness it accommodate 3point and 5 points harnesses , I'm not sure what the other reviewer did wrong.
