came with one sheet of instructions that didn't help at all. The bars themselves were falling off the cage, the platform was to big to fit inside causing the cage to bow out. It was the worst experience ever trying to put these together, they went right back!

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas & I will be returning it, unless u get a dwarf hamster, a regular baby hamster wont be able to fit inside the castle. What a piece of garbage! The wires were bent and soany of the plastic connectors were broken. I wouldn't buy this if you care about quality and the safety of your hamster. It's also very, very small and a normal Syrian would be too big. Customer service is a joke, too.

Didn't meet my expectation at all. I was fine having to put it together myself but this was a total waste of money. Should of known better. They're pieces missing like the connectors, the plastic doors were all scratched, the orange castle tops were the wrong size and didn't fit, the no drip bott...

Ordering and pickup was simple. However, once opened i noticed that some of the wires were broken. Upon assembly, half of the plastic connectors broke and the wire panels were bent. The castle was warped and would not snap together and it was very difficult to snap the platforms in the cage. Also...
