The unit itself was very good but there was a critical part needed for the flue because the unit was indoors and we are having a terrible time trying to find the part or even find someone who can order it with a lead time. The part is a UHXPOSHZ12504. Can you be of any help?

I haven't installed the heater yet. I have a real complaint. The connections for the pool water were not included with the heater, and there was no recommendation to purchase them separately. You literally have to order a kit that includes the other half of the unions and o rings.
