I had received a snow shovel like this a few years ago and the end was wearing down, so I got 2 of these since I loved the design. The ones that I received only scoop snow on the edges of the shovel. NOTHING in the center!!! They are totally worthless. BIG waste of money

shovel is light weight and hard to maneuver. The plastic seems flimsy and not rugged for snow removal. Very disappointed

The shovel is ergonomic and the extra handle can be adjusted since it runs along the screw ridge on the main handle but it didn't survive it's second winter. It's good to shovel light snow, but yesterday the snow was very wet and it broke.
