It arrived in the time specified, but when we received it the packaging (crate) it was shipped in was open and torn. My first thought was are all of the items there and was there any damage. Fortunately al items were there and in tack.

I wish I knew if I liked it or not. It was supposed to come with a 35 nut and bolt sets. It arrived with 14! I called the manufacturer direct. The gentleman was friendly and promised to send the missing pieces. Eight days later, no pieces, no assembly, no shade.
