Polar H7 Heart Rate Sensor

I've been using the Polar H7 Heartrate monitor for about two weeks now and while doing so have been comparing it to the accuracy with my Apple Watch . I've gotten better and more consistent readings from the Polar than my Apple Watch during this process . I highly recommend this item .

This heartrate monitor is much more accurate and stable than the wristwatch type. It is easy to operate and maintain, comfortable and easy to set up. Just what I was looking for.

Paired up with my stationary trainer and works well. The numbers match readout from other HR straps I use in my fitness programs.
