      They sent the ball by mail deflated. It should have stated before I ordered the ball that I would have to order a pump also. I will be returning immediately. I am glad I ordered in enough time before Christmas.

      Bought 2. Came in box flat to blow up. These are for my grandchildren for Christmas. Very disappointed that I have to figure out who to air up and to the exact size for them. Ridiculous to send this way.

      I WISH I WAS TOLD THE BALL WOULD ARRIVE DEFLATED. I DO NOT HAVE A DEVICE/PUMP TO INFLATE THE BASKET BALL AND IF I DID, ISSUES WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS WOULD PREVENT ME FROM INFLATING THE BALL.
